Becoming a Customer

If you are interested in becoming a customer, download and complete the appropriate form below; ensure that you have read the respective Product Disclosure Statement (see below) and make contact with one of our Bank of Cyprus Australia branches by calling 1300 660 550. Please bring the completed form/s and appropriate identification to the respective Bank of Cyprus Australia branch to allow us to open the required account.

Part A: General Information and Terms and Conditions and

Part B: Account and Service Charges

You should read Part A and Part B before deciding to open one of our savings and investment accounts or using the access facilities on these accounts (e.g. Cheque or ATM/EFTPOS card).
