The Bank of Cyprus Group currently operates through more than 575 branches, of which 143 operate in Cyprus, 170 in Greece, six in the United Kingdom, 13 in Australia and one in the Channel Islands. The Group also has representation in the Ukraine, Canada, South Africa, Russia and Romania.

The Bank of Cyprus Group employs approximately 12,000 staff worldwide. At 30 June 2010, the Group's total assets reached €43.2 billion and the Group's shareholders' funds were €2.37 billion. The Bank of Cyprus shares are listed on the Cyprus and Athens Stock Exchanges.
